POSITION: Junior-level Java Developer

QUALIFICATIONS:
* Fresh graduates or entry-level Java developers
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent/above in Computer Science or similar field
* Highly trainable, good analytical and problem solving skills, self-motivated, and able to work with challenges

SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
* Knows basic Java SE
* Uses at least one build tool (Gradle, Maven, Ant)
* Strong background of Object-Oriented Programming
* Understands basic MVC Pattern
* Knows at least one database engine


POSITION: Mid-level Java Developer

QUALIFICATIONS:
* 1-2 years of experience in Java Development
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent/above in Computer Science or similar field
* Good analytical and problem solving skills, self-motivated, and able to work with challenges

SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
* Knows Java SE&EE
* Knows HTML5/CSS3, Javascript, Git, and MySQL

POSITION: Senior-level Java Developer

QUALIFICATIONS:
* 3-5 years of experience in Java Development
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent/above in Computer Science or similar field
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills, self-motivated, and able to work with challenges
* Active team player with strong organization and interpersonal skills

SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
* Knows Java SE&EE
* Knows HTML5/CSS3, Javascript (jQuery, AJAX), Git, RDBMS (MySQL or PostgreSQL), and NoSQL (MarkLogic or MongoDB)
* Uses at least one build tool (Gradle, Maven, Ant)
* Knows OOP, MVC, design patterns, and OSGI
* Knows Spring MVC framework
* Knows RESTful, SOAP integrations
* Past experience in application build processes and deployment
* Familiar with Liferay CE/EE is a plus


POSITION: Web UI Designer

QUALIFICATIONS:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any course in Multimedia Arts
* Preferably with working experience related to User Interface (UI) Design

SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
* Must know how to create wireframes, site maps, prototypes, and mockups
* Proficient in using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other commonly used design software
* Up-to-date with the latest UI trends and techniques


POSITION: Administration and Finance Staff

QUALIFICATIONS:
* Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or any related course;
* Team player with good communication skills;
* Must be able to work with minimal supervision;
* Preferably 2-3 years working experience;
* Work experience in government is a plus.


POSITION: Project Development Officer (Events Coordinator)

QUALIFICATIONS:
* Graduate of any four-year course;
* Knowledgeable in office applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
* Good oral and written communications skills;
* Excellent planning, coordination, and decision-making skills; and
* Must have a good work ethics.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Coordinates with the development team on capability building activities and event requirements;
* Coordinates with stakeholders (e.g. partner agencies and SUCs) for the conduct of events;
* Coordinates and invites all target events participants;
* Manages all events, including, but not limited to, training, workshops, and seminars;
* Prepares all documentary and logistical requirements;
* Participates in events and other activities (e.g., exhibits, meetings, and seminars) relevant to the implementation of the Project; and
* Executes other tasks as may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.
